FuzzBuzz ~ An Armload of Love

Fuzz Buzz was a chosen child.
She was only a baby when we heard that she needed a home,
a place where she would always be loved.

It's unbelievable to think that this beautiful bundle of fur
had been abandoned in an apartment.
Fortunately, the local rescue shelter had found her.
We heard about this beautiful kitten and rushed to see her.
One look and we knew she belonged with us.
We quickly filled out the papers promising that
we would keep her happy with us, forever.
Soon, she was on her way home.

Kayla and Fuzz-Buzz were constant pals.

They both liked doing the same thing ...
just lying around.

Life was cool around this place...
nothing to worry about.

A favorite place to be was sitting on mom's lap.

Fuzz-Buzz was a non-stop purr machine,
a love-bug all in one package.

Fuzz-Buzz was also an expert in keeping Lalique warm.
She was a personal thermo-blanket.

It was certain you would find them always together.

Yesterday, we had to say good-bye to Fuzz.
Cancer is a dreadful thing.

We're going to miss this big bundle of love.
Our home just isn't the same without her.

When we took her as a kitten,
we promised to keep her happy,
but she is the one that made this house
a warm and cuddly place.

How lucky we were to have had her.
How sadly she is missed.

  1. I'm so sorry about your cat. She looked like a real lovebug. I lost my special kitty to cancer 3 years ago and still miss her dearly. When she was gone, she left a hole a mile deep so I can understand what you are going through.
    Take care,

  2. So sorry to hear that FuzzBuzz has moved on. She couldnt have hoped for a more special life. It is always hard to say goodbye to our animal friends. (((Hugs))))

  3. Aaw, I am really sorry about Fuzz. She was gorgious! At least you gave her the best life she could ever have had. We had a cat called Leo who died over 2 years ago because of a terrible accident and it was close to my birthday. We miss him so much. Also losing 4very ill kittens was really hard as they had barely started their lives. I once was told "remember the good memories and the hurt slowly heals" and they were right.
Best Wishes, love from the kittens' mother xxx

  4. I am so sorry about FuzzBuss. She was beautiful and I can tell she was very loved and happy.

Our pets are with us such a short time, but in that time they manage to give so much.

  5. Thanks to all of you for your kind words. Sure helps.

  6. ((hugs))

I am so very sorry to hear about your loss of Fuzz Buzz. She is gorgeous! her momma is quite beautiful too.

Fuzz Buzz was very lucky to have had a good life with you after her first so called family abandoned her.

  7. My sincere sympathy to you both for your loss. That's a fabulous photo of you and FuzzBuzz! Thanks for sharing her story.

  8. Words cannot describe how much my heart goes out to you right now as you grieve for your sweet companion and family member, FuzzBuzz. My deepest empathy is with you right now. I know that this time is very tender for you all (including the animals that loved her too). My warmest condolescences, Cindy at Rosehaven Cottage

  9. I am so very sorry for your lost and I do empathize. We lost our Belle Rose, a Persian Cat two years ago. She was 14. Now we have CJ and Rez. CJ is a Himalayan we rescued when he was just a teeny tiny thing. Now he is 14 months and a playful but still small for a Himalayan kitty.

God Bless you and I will keep you in my prayers.

  10. I'm so sorry to hear that. I personally know how hard that is.

  11. I am so sorry for your loss. She was clearly as beautiful inside as outside.

  12. I am so very sorry for this great loss. They are a part of us so much so that we can never really be apart. A little bit pf them remains with us forever.
I know how this hurts and I wish I could make it better...I do send hugs and love.
She was well loved and had a wonderful life...what more could any of us desire?
I will be thinking about her today...

  13. I've just caught up on your blog and am really sorry to hear of your loss. Words fail me other than to say I understand how hard it is to lose a treasured friend.

    Hugs to you all

    Kim X

  14. We have a birman boy, and know just how special they are.. sorry to hear about your loss x
